Here, the rooms are super clean and trendy with cozy down pillows and lovely views, plus it's in a great spot near bars and cafés.

Extremely convenient hotel, amazing location, impressive rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, an individual safe, and pay television in the room. Early check-in, late check-out. Beautiful views, amazing pool. Location just next door to the convention centre, malls and metro stations, many good restaurants and malls such as Wongtee, Coco Park and Central Walk in Futian district, and Shenzhen for family trip or business call. A wide range of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Very positive experience there. Impressive and fabulous accommodation with favourable setting just next door to the train station and mall as well as the Flavor resturant.

I appreciated 3 nights at this hotel. the location was perfect for the factory visit at 7 am. the hotel staff, from the doormen to the managers, were very polite and exceptional. the pool was amazing, and I enjoyed having non-alcoholic drinks in the cigar bar. I also received complimentary late check-out service, showing that they truly care about their guests.

The room was well-equipped, clean, and we enjoyed an upgrade to a studio suite with a stunning city skyline view, a large bed, spacious bathroom, excellent service.

The staff at this hotel were incredible, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Frank Yoon, Cici, Jack, and Ashley for their attentiveness and friendliness. The Club Lounge on the top floor was a highlight of our stay, offering delicious food and breathtaking views. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with a well-designed layout and high-quality bedding. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

We didn't have any negative experiences during our stay. Everything was fantastic.

During my Easter weekend stay, I was impressed with the friendly service and attentive staff. The location of the hotel was excellent, with close proximity to the Convention Center and the metro station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and attending events. The staff were always welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the variety of choices at the breakfast buffet was impressive, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.

There were some hiccups during the check-in process, particularly during a peak season where the hotel was at full capacity. We had booked two rooms but only received one room at 3pm and the other at 5pm.
